A special space for wine enthusiasts, La Cave Privée is an elegant, air-conditioned private room with a stylish and modern crystal table that can sit up to 12 people where visitors can sample varieties from the renowned Champagne region to the greats of Burgundy, from Baroli to Barbareschi, all the way to Marsala.
The room can be reserved for work meetings, private dining or wine tastings directed by Head Sommelier Fabrizio Colaianni.
According to Colaianni, “A restaurant of the highest quality such as Mirabelle requires a wine cellar of similar stock, not only in terms of quantity and variety of bottles, but which is also aesthetically beautiful, engaging, and captivating.” Aside from the ambiance though, the principal feature is the wine selection.
Colaianni adds, “We must always provide the client with the attention that their requests deserve.
We are very happy when a regular client finds something new, one that perhaps comes from another part of the world, or when an international visitor discovers a local wine variety.
