Palazzo Barberini

The galleries housed here showcase artworks including gems like Raphael’s Portrait of a Young Woman and Holbein’s Portrait of Henry VIII, as well as pieces by Van Dyck, Tintoretto and Titian. Built by Maderno for Pope Urban VIII, features a salone with Barberini Power by Pietro da Cortona; two staircases that lead to the salone, one designed by Bernini and the other by Borromini.
