Hotel Eden, Dorchester Collection's five-star luxury hotel, is preparing to experience all the magic of the upcoming festive season. For the occasion, the Dorchester Collection's Roman residence is decorated with the theme Winter in White, the new Capsule Lifestyle by Brunello Cucinelli, the absolute excellence of Made in Italy, with special decorations decorating the hotel's new Christmas tree until Sunday 7 January 2024.
The new Winter in White project blends with perfection the refined elegance of Brunello Cucinelli with the contemporary luxury that distinguishes Hotel Eden, where cashmere-covered decorative details and subtle wooden snowflakes spread the brand's precious and welcoming taste. Iconic elements by Brunello Cucinelli, inspired by the characteristics of the village of Solomeo, enrich the Library, the lobby and the external façade of Hotel Eden with refined details, revealing a world in which every element conveys comfort and harmony.
At the same time, in homage to Umbria, the region of origin of the prestigious brand, a menu of Umbrian delicacies will be served at La Libreria, featuring both sweet and savoury local specialities. The La Terrazza restaurant is also preparing to experience the Christmas atmosphere and to give a warm welcome to those who decide to share the table with their loved ones at the Eden Hotel, with a sophisticated menu dedicated to Christmas Eve Dinner that proposes Scallops, fine black truffle and orange, Scampo with Champagne dressing, Ravioli stuffed with lobster and tarragon, Dentex and almonds, Yoghurt, carrot and grapefruit, Panettone and Pandoro and a selection of Christmas delicacies (drinks not included): EUR 255). Those who instead choose to spend their Christmas Lunch at La Terrazza can enjoy Mont Blanc with foie gras and plums, Tortellini in beef consommé, Coda di rospo and Lardo di Colonnata IGP as an alternative to Lamb and porcini mushrooms, Come una ricotta and sour cherries, Panettone and Pandoro and a selection of Christmas delicacies (drinks not included: 180 euro). Guests who prefer to indulge in the relaxed and convivial atmosphere of Il Giardino Ristorante will find menus dedicated to different festive moments always accompanied by a magnificent view of Rome: from Christmas Eve Dinner to Christmas Lunch to the First Brunch of the Year, which will feature dishes such as stuffed Croissants, a Selection of cheeses and jams, Bread and Panelle, Battered Salt Cod and the great classics of Italian pastries such as Tiramisù and Sicilian Cannoli. As is customary, on Sunday 24 December from 7 p.m. hotel guests are invited for a toast at La Libreria, where they can enjoy a performance by the Amazing Grace Gospel Choir.
Hotel Eden, Natale 2023Finally, to celebrate the year that has just passed and to toast the one to come, the Extravaganza night: the New Year's Eve Gala begins at 7 p.m. with an aperitif at La Libreria and continues at La Terrazza and Il Giardino Ristorante with special menus, live musical performances and a DJ set to close the evening (wines included: €900). In particular, the menu at La Terrazza offers sea urchins and seaweed, Apulian oyster and hollandaise sauce, Wagyu tataki, king crab risotto, turbot and shellfish millefeuille, pigeon and chestnuts, chocolate and tobacco, Panettone and Pandoro and a selection of New Year's Eve delicacies.
Among this year's novelties, the New Year's Eve offer is enriched with a unique experience. The New Year's Eve Dinner is also served inside Hotel Eden's most exclusive suite, the Penthouse Bellavista Suite, which opens its doors for the first time, giving guests the opportunity to dine with friends in an intimate and private space, surrounded by one of Rome's most beautiful views and accompanied by musical entertainment. The Suite, chic and bright, is the retreat that combines timeless sophistication and breathtaking views in perfect harmony.
